Payment Policy
Payment is due, in full upon booking unless previously arranged with the management. Payments are accepted through our website via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheques by prior arrangement. Pre-purchased gift vouchers may also be used against the price of attendance. No other forms of payment are currently accepted.
Cancellation & Return Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason. In the event a class is cancelled, all students will be notified and full refunds will be provided, with the option to reschedule. Should the student need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a full refund. There is no refund for cancellation less than 48 hours before a class and rescheduling will require full payment for the class. Refunds are made through Direct Deposit only. No cash will be refunded directly to the client.
Safety & Legal Notice
Participation in our cooking classes will involve student use of cooking equipment, tools and facilities in a kitchen environment outside of their own home. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the student/participant that by making payment for and/or by attending or participating in the class, the student releases, indemnifies and hold harmless Peter Kenyon and The Cooking Professor business from any and all liability of any kind for any damage and/or injury incurred in connection with attendance or participation. The student/participant understands and accepts the inherent risks in the preparation and cooking of food at a cooking class.
