A High Tea
Sunday 4 March at 6:30pm - with Frederick Kirby
A High Tea is a sophisticated way of eating a light but special meal with friends while taking some refreshing tea. In this class, Frederick will guide you in the production and presentation of some delicious cakes and sophisticated sandwiches that you will then enjoy, served with a selection of teas.
