A Taste of Provence
Tuesday 21 February at 6:30pm - with Riki Kaspi
In this class Riki will be taking you through a culinary journey of Provence. This region of France encompasses highly fertile agricultural areas that are considered to be the garden of France. Commonly enjoyed vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, capsicum, garlic, onions, carrots, fennel and zucchini among many others. Riki will be teaching you how to use some of these ingredients and also how to make that classic fish soup, Bouillabaisse, Marseille's special contribution to Provencal cuisine.
