In this class, we will guide you through the flaky and buttery terrain of pastry. Many people are scared of pastry. Don't be! Read a review of the class here.  Come along and learn the basics of using pastry to make those wonderful tarts and pies that you would love to produce for your friends and family.

The class will cover both savoury and sweet tarts and pies, so that by the end of the class, you will have the confidence to make these classic and delicious melt-in-your mouth dishes time and time again.

The class is made up of you learning to make:  Rough puff, shortcrust and magic pastry.

Then, as a class you will make a chicken pie, frangipane tarts and Burekas for you to all dine upon!
