Learn to make traditional Chinese "Yum Cha"! Experience the handcrafting of delicious dumplings, the crunch of the 'perfect' spring roll and the texture of Asian sweets. Under the guidance of Chef Sunny, gain an understanding of the flavours & techniques that make Yum Cha world renowned and enjoyed by so many.

At the end of the cooking you will all feast upon:

  2. Pork & Prawn Dumplings 2 ways (Fried Jiao Zi & Steamed Siew Mai)

Don't forget we're BYO - Dim Sum is tricky to pair with wine, but we recommend a Riesling. 

Please note that seafood and shellfish allergies cannot be catered for in this class.  Some dishes will be subject to availability and as such, replaced with suitable recipes on the day.  Given the time restrictions, store bought wonton pastry will be used, but all other pastry is made in the class from scratch.  If you wish to learn to make your wonton pastry, please email us after the class for it.
