In this class we will all cook & share the feast: Chicken liver Pate de Campagne, French onion soup, Coq au vin, Ratatouille, Salad nicoise, Chocolate Fondat...Riki will take you on a journey through some of the timeless recipes through the streets of Paris, such a cosmopolitan city, where one of its most enduring culinary treats is however the traditional Bistro.
This is French food at it’s best and to this day, the cornerstone of classic cuisine.
