Sunday 12 February at 6:30pm - with Frederick Kirby
Our chef, Frederick Kirby, has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and five star hotels in Ireland. As Executive Chef, he was responsible for delivering two chefs hats in the Australian Good Food Guide to the Riverbank Winery Restaurant. With his vast experience and talent to burn, Frederick will be teaching this fabulous French Gourmet class. This is the class for the serious home cook who would like to develop their skills.
