Gourmet Journey

Saturday 31 July at 10:30am - with Sunny De Ocampo

This class, taken by chef Sunny, is a variation on our usual Gourmet Saturdays. This class will commence at the Cooking School at 10:30am. From there, Sunny will take you on a 'Duck Walk' through Northbridge where he will host you in a shopping and tasting tour of his favourite shops and restaurants. You will then return to the Cooking School and prepare a feast using what you have gathered on Sunny's 'hunting and gathering' tour.  After cooking, you will sit down to eat the results of your work. (if you wish to bring a guest to this part of the day, please do so! Your guest should arrive at the Cooking School at about 4pm.) This will be a memorable 'foodie' experince covering all the steps in gourmet cooking.
