Despite any political tension between, Greece and Turkey, they share more than a little in their cuisines. Let the world of cuisine rule in terms of harmony!! In this class, Riki Kaspi, whose family background is in part Turkish but who loves Greek food, will take you on an harmonious journey through the eastern end of the Mediterranean to sample recipes from both Greece and Turkey. This will be a fascinating journey with dishes including Mazes, pastries and sweets and the famous Tatura dressing (nut base).
