Mediterranean Journey - Greece

One of the world's most popular cuisines is that of Greece. It is also one of the oldest of the Mediterranean. Seafood, olives, olive oil, tomatoes, cheeses and vegetables are all essential. But perhaps the defining characteristic of Greek food is clean flavours that mostly come from simple preparation and cooking. In this class we will draw on ingredients from the typical Greek kitchen and create easy but exciting dishes that remind us of the sun-drenched Peloponnesian isles.
