Morocco, Algeria & Tunisia

The ‘Maghreb’ countries (‘Further West’), rooted in Africa, watered by Islam and rustled by the winds of Europe, consist of bustling bazaars bursting with colour, the aroma of fabulous food, swaying palms, exotic palaces and serene mosques, terracotta against Mediterranean blue. Preparing Moroccan tajines, a couscous feast, juicy meat kebabs, plentiful and colourful dips and salads. You will create them all, guided by Riki Kaspi’s years of experience with an additional touch of her originality and much love.
