Pasta & Risotto

Pasta is a great standby, especially midweek. However, there is so much more to pasta than packet pasta bought at the supermarket. In this very popular class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta. You will not believe the difference that fresh pasta makes! You will learn how to make the perfect risotto and about the different risotto rice varieties such as arborio, carnaroli and vialone nano. And of course, you will make some great sauces to match the pasta dishes. This is a very popular class, so book early to secure your place!
