Come along to learn the old and wonderfully tactile skill of making pasta by hand.

A staple food, pasta is such a wonderful base for so many dishes.  In this class you will make your own pasta dough, learn to make some hand made pasta shapes, some sauces, how to use a pasta machine and we'll finish with crostoli (sweet pasta).  

Often thought of as second to fresh, dried pasta is much better used in some dishes than fresh and we'll show you when and why to use it, how to cook it al dente and break those misconceptions!
