Our Pasta classes have been a resounding success. Many of our students have taken the Pasta and Risotto class and are now clamouring for more. "How do we make ravioli?", you say. "And what about tortellini?" Now is time for another pasta class, exploring the wonderful world of pasta shapes and pasta stuffed with wonderful, tasty morsels. In this class, Sophie will guide you to a new level of pasta making. Come and expand your pasta world! Your friends will be forever grateful. (And you don't have to have done the initial Pasta and Risotto class to take this class; Sophie will teach you the basics first, if you haven't done Pasta and Risotto.)
