Stunning Spring! It is the season for fresh food. Winter is over and nature is coming to life again with the new season’s produce. In this class we will celebrate Spring’s cornucopia, be it lamb and artichokes, broadbeans or asparagus. And then there are new season’s berries! Flavour is at a premium in Spring. Get ready to make the most of it. In this class, you will be guided in preparing fresh, tasty and satisfying recipes using the new season's produce, much of it fresh from local producers in the Swan region.
