In this class, Frederick will guide you over the tricky terrain of pastry. Many people are scared of pastry. Don't be! Come along and learn the basics of using pastry to make those wonderful tarts and pies that you would love to produce for your friends and family. The class will cover both savoury and sweet tarts and pies, so that by the end of the class, you will have the confidence to make these classic and timeless dishes.
