“Recently we attended The Cooking Professor school for a team-building exercise.  The group consisted of mere novices through to some very accomplished cooks.  This however, had no negative impact on the preparation and cooking due to the structure provided by the school.  Our choice of class was Moroccan and we came to have fun!  Riki, was very patient, informative and extremely helpful with the various dishes we prepared.  The food was fresh, plentiful and with a huge range of dried herbs and condiments available for use.  The time passed all too quickly and before we knew it, we were sitting and enjoying the fruits of our endeavours with a bottle of wine.  We were informed of the many and varied cooking class options available and I know we will be going again to try something different.  The Cooking Professor has vouchers available so I know that our family members will be receiving these for their birthday as gifts - a great experience and thoroughly recommended.”
