Vietnamese from Hanoi to Saigon

Join Yvonne in Vietnamese trip which takes you from Hanoi to Saigon. Learn how to make Vietnamese Rolls, Crispy Hanoi Parcels, Green Papaya Salad with Crab and Pork, Barramundi marinated with black soya beans and steamed in a fresh Banana Leaf, Slow Braised Pork Belly cooked in a medley of star anise, cinnamon and soy and served with broken rice. Also learn how to serve up those specialty icy Vietnamese Desserts like the Rainbow Drink Che Ba Mau and Dragon Fruit Ice Blends - the perfect quenchers on a hot day. This class will teach you more than just the ever popular fresh rolled rice paper roll - introducing you to a world of Vietnamese food and flavours.
