Wood Fired Pizza with Vincenzo
In this class the Italian Chef Vincenzo Velletri will teach you all the secrets of making the ultimate pizza in a wood fired oven. He actually brings his very own Wood Fired Oven in for this class!
You will start with the preparation of the soft white dough, learning how to 'open' your pizza without the use of a rolling pin, by spinning it in the air (really!!)
You will then learn how to make the very best tomato sauce for to smooth all of over the fabulous hand-spun dough you have just made.
Moving on to toppings - learn combinations that will surprise and delight you!
