Riki Kaspi invites Chef Robyne Low from RiverMint Dining to cook up a wintery feast featuring some rare and tasty West Australian ingredients served in long-table shared dinner event. “A memorable night with Native Australian foods – Exploring the season of Djilba”

The menu will include:

  • A warming Warrigal Greens and Bush Basil soup with Bush Tomato bread and smoked macadamia butter
  • Trout and Rivermint Pate
  • Generous platters of Lemon myrtle salted WA Prawns
  • Seared kangaroo fillet with winter vegetables with anise myrtle and native berries
  • A comforting dessert with Davidson plum and tapioca and more…

Utilising produces from some of WA’s gourmet producers and highlighting native Australian cuisine and bushtucker, Chef Robyne Low in this long table feast invites you and your guests to explore through taste what the region and the land have to offer.
