Cheesemaking Workshop with Chef Robyne Low

Two Days Workshop | Saturday & Sunday 16 & 17 May | 10am-1pm


There is nothing quite like creating one’s own butter or cheese. In this class Chef Robyne Low reveals just how easy it is to create these dairy staples in the home kitchen as well as techniques for adding a unique flavour to your own cheese.

Included in this two-day hands on workshop is the cooking and setting of selected cheeses:
– Cultured Butter
– Smoked Ricotta
– Quick and Easy Mozzarella, Pepperberry Chevre (Goat’s Cheese)
– Buttermilk Cottage Cheese.

Attendees will create the perfect cheese platter at the completion of the final day and get to take home the cheese they have made.
Included in the class is Robyne’s demonstration (And tastings – of course!) of how to make perfect French Canadian fries with cheese curds and extra toppings (otherwise known as Poutine cheese).
