In this class we will all cook & share the feast of Butter Chicken, Zucchini & Eggplant Pakora with Mint Chutney, Saffron Rice, Fish Dopiaza, Mixed Vegetable Masala, Paratha and Coconut Rice Pudding. Come along and enjoy a spicy class full of flavours and textures from the most colourful culture!
