Fermenting is quick, simple, and a healthy way to add extra flavour to your meals. Learn to make a variety of fermented foods and drinks from home for a fraction of the cost!

In this workshop, HANDS-ON experience making: Kombucha, Kimchi and Fermented Vegetables.

PLUS you get to take home everything you’ve made! One x 1 litre jar of kombucha with starter, 1 x 500mL jar of sauerkraut or kimchi, and 1 x 500mL jar of fermented vegetables. Your teacher Liz Bowman will also provide ongoing support if you have more questions when you start fermenting at home.”

One of the many advantages to fermenting at home is that YOU are in control of the flavour, texture and strength of your ferments. Home ferments are also richer in diverse healthy bacteria to help reduce inflammation and food sensitivities and boost IMMUNITY, not to mention you can make them for a fraction of the cost of the store bought versions!
