We know that while most of us love seafood, for many it is a challenge to cook so we avoid buying it – what a shame! We have beautiful seafood in Western Australia and it can be cooked at home without the eating-out price tag!

You will learn how to fillet fish, clean & devein prawns, prepare mussels & squid. Cooked in the class will be Fish Ceviche, Fish Fillets en Papillote, Chilli Salt Squid, Mussels with White Wine, Garlic & Parsley, a simple salad & Strawberry Trifle.

This is a great class to learn about the succulent world of seafood. Don’t forget we’re BYO so bring your favourite champagne or white to accompany your decadent seafood feast!
