This class will teach you more than just the ever popular fresh rolled rice paper roll – introducing you to a world of Vietnamese food and flavours.

In this Vietnamese cooking class we will all cook & share the feast: Pho Vietnamese beef noodle soup, Vegan Ban Xeo pankake, Lemongrass Vietnamese grilled pork chop, Tapioca and palm sugar caramel and more…Vietnam has a serious food culture. People’s lives revolve around food rituals.

Vietnamese cuisine is influenced by the Asian principle of five elements: Sour, Bitter, Sweet, Spicy & Salty. Let us guide you through not only these wonderful recipes but how to ensure that you understand this wonderfully fine balance of flavours.
