This class will teach you more than just the ever popular fresh rolled rice paper roll – introducing you to the world of Vietnamese food and flavours.

You will all cook & share the feast of Pho Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup, Banh Xeo, Lemongrass Chilli Chicken, Prawn Rice Paper Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce, Nuoc Mam Cham and Sweet Corn & Coconut Pudding.

Vietnam has a serious food culture. People’s lives revolve around food rituals.

Vietnamese cuisine is influenced by the Asian principle of five elements: Sour, Bitter, Sweet, Spicy & Salty. Let us guide you through not only these wonderful recipes but how to ensure that you understand this wonderfully fine balance of flavours.

Please note that seafood and shellfish allergies cannot be catered for in this class.

An excellent evening shared with other class members and an amiable head chef. Over 2 1/2 hours, we discovered the finer arts of preparing 5-different recipes for a four course meal. Mark led us on the journey in a relaxed and friendly manner, moving around the kitchen to each work station and offering guidance and tips along the way.
