Edoardo was the executive Chef of La Capannina in Scarborough in 2018, found great difficulty obtaining high-quality Gluten Free products for his customers and himself, being gluten intolerant. The situation has inspired Edoardo to seek his old gluten-free recipes establishing ‘The Gluten Free Lab’ being the only WA 100% gluten-free Italian factory, the only one in Australia offering such a large and diverse range of over 35 products!
At our newly designed hands-on Culinary Workshop all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
