Corporate Event “Aussie Themed”

The Cooking Professor recently hosted a group of thirty MBA students from America, who were keen to cook up an “Aussie Feast” as part of their cultural exchange studies.
Lead by Chef Daniel, and assisted by chefs Mark and Kym, an incredible menu was developed to showcase our Australian produce. The menu included:
- damper with whipped butter,
- a crispy skinned barramundi starter,
- lamb done two ways served with roast vegetables and native mint sauce,
- lemon myrtle prawn and chorizo skewers,
- beetroot and orange salad; and
- pavlova, with chantilly cream and berries for dessert.
The group was also able to sample a variety of Australian bush herbs and spices, such as salt bush, bush thyme, Geraldton wax and lemon myrtle and add them to their cooking.
It was such a fun, hands-on corporate event and everyone enjoyed eating and sampling our Australian produce.
