Our Story
Marking the start of life-long passion for connecting people through food and celebration, Chef Riki Kaspi the owner of The Cooking Professor upbringing in the Mediterranean region has infused her successes as a chef, restaurateur, culinary educator, and spice expert.
Riki is also a creative entrepreneur and has developed her own unique hand-crafted product line ‘Riki Kaspi Spice Journey’ where every product is 100% natural and preservative free. The range is bursting with Moroccan & Middle Eastern flavours and is made in-house with love at The Cooking Professor’s commercial premises. Riki uses freshly roasted & grinded spices, specially selected and blended with fresh herbs which has landed her nationwide sales.
“I just felt the need to create my own spice products which will be so simple to use, and so easy for everyone to prepare delicious homemade meals…” says Riki “…so I decided that I will take fully charge of the flavourers, creating my own spice pasts and blends and limit the customer’s ‘shopping list’ for up to maximum 3 ingredients…”
