This Event is a sit-down Dinner Event with live entertainment served in a long table setting.

• Riki’s Hummus with Za’atar Pita Lavosh
• Grilled Eggplant in Tomato Sauce
• Roasted Cauliflower in Green Tahini Sauce
• Moroccan Chicken Tagine – Preserved Lemon, Olives, Chickpeas & Apricot
• Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder Ras el Hanout – served on a traditional ‘Laffa’ drizzled with Yoghurt & Pomegranate Molasses
• Couscous with Almonds & dry Fruits
