Join our experienced Chefs for this beginners Class in Chinese Dumplings. Techniques include making and rolling out the Dumpling dough, the creation of the signature textured pork and vegetable filling and the shaping into various shapes of Shanghai Dumplings. Participants will take their Dumplings and prepare them in broth with garnish and fried potsticker style, all served with various dipping sauces and garnishes.

At our newly designed hands-on Parent & Child culinary Workshop all participants will team-up into pairs following the same recipes guided by our Chefs to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!

Must book as a pair = 1 Adult + 1 Child.

I had booked this cooking class for myself and my 10year old son and had been meaning to book since last year, but clearly it’s a popular cooking class and I found you had to book months an advance.
We had an amazing time at the dumpling cooking class! The instructor was super friendly and explained every step clearly, from making the dough to folding/forming shapes and steaming the dumplings perfectly. I loved that we got to try deep fried wontons, steamed dumplings in a soup/broth which was delicious. Very tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun — perfect for beginners and food lovers alike. I left feeling confident I could make dumplings at home! Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a hands-on and delicious experience with kids. Such a cool family experience. Definitely recommend to others.
