C’est magnifique! Enjoyed another fabulous cooking course with the inspirational Riki Kaspi: The Cooking Professor. Transporting us to the villages of France and streets of Paris, we dished up the delights of French Bistro classics.
Although we worked as a team, I think I can now attempt to cook:
✅ Chicken Liver Pate de Foie Maison,
✅ French Onion Soup,
✅ Coq au vin (Chicken in red wine),
✅ Ratatouille (crunchy not soggy!)
✅ Broccoli & Cauliflower & Blue
