In between jobs so what a better way to occupy my time than on a cooking course! Last night was ‘Jerusalem Street Food’ which was an eclectic experience for someone who has never been to Israel let alone tried the food. Learnt many things about cooking techniques, oils, spices, and of course dishes. Dinner was delicious comprising of: Riki’s famous Shakshuka;
Fish Cakes in tomato sauce;
