In this class Chef Riki has been inspired by her own Turkish heritage borrowing hearty dishes from her Mum’s home cooking.

Menu: Spanakopita (Spinach & Feta Greek Filo Pie), Fasulye Piyazi (Turkish Bean Salad), Mini Kebabs with Yoghurt & Pomegranate Dressing, Stuffed Tomato & Zucchini, Tzatziki, Rice with Silverbeet, Revani (Semolina & Almond Cake) in Sugar & Rosewater Syrup.
