Time to make your own, fresh, healthy & tasty homemade sausages!

  • English Bangers/Chipolotas – pan-fried
  • South African Lamb Boerwors – grilled & baked
  • Fresh Spanish Chorizo

At the beginning of your workshop all participants will be teamed-up into pairs. During the workshop you will all follow the same recipes to learn mincing, stuffing, twisting sausages and practicing techniques to cook sausages the right way. Then you will enjoy the delicious tastings of your own freshly cooked sausages!

I had a really good time at the Sausage making class. I had tried to make one lot of sausages at home and couldn’t get it quite right, this was a perfect opportunity.
