In this class we will all cook & share the feast: Chicken liver Pate de Campagne, French onion soup, Coq au vin, Ratatouille, Salad nicoise, Chocolate Fondat…Riki will take you on a journey through some of the timeless recipes through the streets of Paris, such a cosmopolitan city, where one of its most enduring culinary treats is however the traditional Bistro.
