Sicilian born Italian Chef Daniele Lo Castro will guide you through the skills of classic filled pasta preparation.

Menu: Tortellini filled with Pork Mince & Baked Ham in 4 Cheese Sauce; Ravioli filled with Spinach & Ricotta in Napoletana Sauce

At our newly designed hands-on Culinary Workshop all participants will team-up into pairs following the same recipes guided by our Chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
