Each Stations will prepare all ingredients to chop, grate and mix all required for each recipe. Chefs will demonstrate each dish to everyone before starting.


Fresh Corn and Flour Tortillas; Cheesy Beef Quesadillas: Toasted Flour Tortillas with Three cheese and Beef with Salsa Rosa; Chicken Fajitas and Roast Pork Adobo Tacos; Corn salsa, guacamole, lettuce, cheese

Pairs in team will rotate in clockwise rotation to move from station to station. When they complete their dishes. Oven baked dishes will be handover to the chef to be place in oven for final cooking then enjoy your own making Mexican Feast!
