Learn making fresh cheeses in this hands-on Italian cooking workshop
The Cheese makers are two Italian sisters, which have a significant family history in the Cheese making business.
In this ‘hands-on’ Workshop they will guide you on how to make Halloumi and Ricotta.
Not only will you sample the Cheese you just made, you can also take home some of what you created!
Generous Cheese Board which will be served during the class:
- Halloumi Rocket Salad: Halloumi (made in class), strawberries, walnuts and balsamic vinegar
- Bruschetta: toasted Bread, hot Ricotta (made in class), EVO, salt and pepper
- Skewers: grilled veggies and Halloumi (made in class)
- Golden Halloumi: grilled Halloumi (made in class), honey and fresh mint
- Sweet Ricotta Cannoli: Cannoli Shells, Ricotta (made in class), sugar, cinnamon, chocolate chips and pistachios
