What does the Cooking Professor do?
The Cooking Professor teaches hands-on, entertaining and fun cooking classes to people just like you.

We teach You Cook!
We invite you to The Cooking Professor for a unique and rewarding time. You will meet new people and you will all be cooking together in a fun environment under the guidance of our skilled teachers. Our classes are restricted to 12 participants so our teachers have time to spend with each of you, according to your cooking skills.
In our unique ‘hands on’ method, you will be responsible (with a partner) for the preparation of one of the 5-6 dishes cooked in the class. You then get to sit down in our lovely dining room and enjoy a feast of dishes, all cooked by you, accompanied by a glass of wine if you like (BYO).
Standard classes run for 3.25 hours (including a bit of cleaning up after cooking). Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. You do not need to bring anything to the cooking class as everything is provided - from aprons to cooking equipment. Make sure you wear sensible clothing and flat, enclosed shoes for safety in the kitchen. Please also advise of us of any dietary requirements that we need to accommodate for.

Where?
Our classes are held at our purpose-designed Cooking School at 271 Selby Street, Churchlands. There is plenty of parking behind the Cooking School.
