Join our chef Sunny de Ocampo learnt the art of Chinese dumplings making in his visit to Shanghai & Xi’an including: Making dough, rolling out dough, pork filling, vegetables filling, dumpling folding, boiling dumplings, pantry steamed dumplings and making dipping sauce.

At our newly designed hands-on culinary workshop all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
