Chinese Dumplings Workshop

Join our experienced chef for this beginners class in Chinese dumplings. Techniques include making and rolling out the dumpling dough, the creation of the signature textured pork and vegetable filling and the shaping into various shapes of Shanghai dumpling. Participants will take their dumplings and prepare them in broth with garnish and fried potsticker style, all served with various dipping sauces and garnishes.
At our newly designed hands-on culinary workshop all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
